As a facilitator, you’ll be the heart of the group experience — guiding conversations, holding space for grief, and helping participants feel seen, heard, and supported. This is not a therapeutic role, but a deeply human one rooted in empathy and presence.
Lead Peer-Based Support Groups
Facilitate structured, non-therapeutic group sessions where participants can share their grief experiences and support one another.
Conduct 1:1 Intake Conversations
Have a short, empathetic conversation with new participants to understand their needs and help them feel comfortable before joining a group.
Hold a Safe & Inclusive Space
Create an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and emotionally supported — regardless of background or belief.
More people are reaching out for support than we currently have capacity to serve. Without trained facilitators, we can’t offer the safe spaces that so many grieving individuals need. Your presence can make all the difference.
We’re looking for compassionate individuals who can offer steady presence and deep listening. You don’t need to be a professional — just someone who speaks English, shows empathy, and is committed to supporting others through grief in a respectful and reliable way.
